Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Huckwell products. Because our litter boxes are large, durable, and built from premium materials, they are more costly to ship and handle than standard plastic alternatives.

If you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging

• A return handling fee will be applied to cover shipping and processing costs

• Items must be dropped off with the carrier within 7 days of receiving your return label

Return Handling Fee:

Due to the size and weight of our products, a 35% return handling fee is applied. This covers round-trip shipping and processing so we can continue offering high-quality materials and free shipping on orders.

Refunds are issued on the original purchase price (before any discounts), minus the return handling fee.

Important details:

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage (including scratches) are not eligible for return

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Litter boxes sold as sets must be returned as a complete set

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• Orders refused upon delivery without an approved return request are not eligible for refund
